I thought that dreadful cooling unit was going to stay there, like it was an afterthought or engineering screw-up. It looked like a cancerous growth, marring the design. I’m so glad that’s not the case.

Whoa. The Comcast CEO set aside one whole floor (the 45th) for his family’s private residences?! How did I miss that news? And come on… $14.3m for a whole floor of this building? Even in Philly, that sounds like a hell of a deal.
