Awesome! These modern pre-fab techniques are producing some really nice buildings. I’m happy to see a little bit of detail being incorporated into these facades. I would like to see more detail at the street level but I think this is a good step in the right direction.

This is growing so fast. It feels like just a few weeks ago it was barely above ground level!

Good pics all around guys. Love every update

#247

I have found that seeing a physical representation of a building produces a visceral effect.

#248

Can you just walk in to the sales gallery? Or is it not open to the public? I’d love to see this in person.

#249

You have to make an appointment, which will last about an hour.

#250

Smaller-window façade panels are going up on the south side:

Now it really looks like the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana left in the oven too long.

#253

This building is the real deal.

Love this shot:

I love any downtown shot that leaves 375 Pearl out of the frame :joy::blush:

Great pic!

The city looks extra gorgeous and dense from that view. It’s amazing

#261

Agreed. Only thing is a few of those buildings adding to the density are crummy 50s-60s midrises I’d like to see replaced or at least bathed, but the rest of the shot is beautiful (including that Royal Insurance Building, I simply adore that one)

#262

I’d like to see most of the East River waterfront buildings redeveloped from the Battery to the Seaport.
