Almost the same height as 432 Park when seen from New Rochelle. It’s been a lot of fun watching the rise of billionaire’s row and Hudson Yards from our apartment over the past 2 years.
Probably a silly question, but can a building end up being taller than what the public permits show?
I’m glad that not only is CPT the tallest of the new towers on 57th, its also the least skinny!

Just goes to show how massive these beasts are. They make a 1,000+ foot tower look like a scared Kindergartener.
To be completely honest I have gotten quite used to towers this size… being around Chicago (while not nearly as busy as NYC or as expansive) makes you acclimate to buildings being massive in size (at least width if not height)
