Coming down RT 3 East in Clifton, this now appears taller than One57. Considering this still has over 500 feet to go, it’s going to really dwarf everything else in Manhattan. Factor in 80’ above sea level and you’re talking a roof height of 1630’ over the Hudson River. Things are about to get really exciting…
This would look comically large in comparison to the park skyline plateau if 220 CPS wasn’t right in front of it.
