Some temporary achievements, but nonetheless good. What I’m referring to is that by 2019, NY will have the worlds slimmest tower by aspect ratio, and worlds tallest residential. Might be eclipsed I’d imagine by the Far East, but NY is yet again making strides in the ranking categories. Great set overall.

I think it’s like every other full concrete structure, 1 floor a week. But some have gone faster and slower than that

Please take no offense, but it hasn’t reached the top of Hearst building, and the left, or west side setback has not been reached yet. So 600’ is not where it’s at yet but growing fast. I could be wrong though.
