NEW YORK | 66 Hudson Blvd (The Spiral) | 1,030 FT | 68 FLOORS

Comparing with the 2015 render
They changed the “stairway” position on the building and made it taller. Looks like I’m going to have to update my 3d model

#288

It looks a bit more slender in the recent renderings. Would love to see this get a height bump of at least 150-200 ft.

#289

I like this tower. It’s a shame that if 3 Hudson Blvd goes through, it will be blocked from the River.

#290

Moinian’s partner already said that 3 Hudson will occur in the next cycle. There are millions of sf of new space available at between the Spiral and 50 HY.

Updated zoning diagrams

Good find Tom. For some reason I didn’t realize this is going to face North/South. Makes sense though

#294

Comparing to the 2015 version, the new version gained mass and height

I think I like the old version? :man_shrugging:t2:

#298

I think that they both suck. This is a wasted opportunity, and BIG’s design for 2 WTC is way better.

That being said, his office building at HFZ’s 29th St site is a total dud.

#299

I like this, although I wish it was a little taller.

I do agree though, BIG’s 2WTC is better than this.

#300

This is just a boring box with a lazy gimmick and more blue glass in an area that needs anything but more blue glass. I think we all know the gardens will never happen either.
