I walked by the other day. This is one of the most sumptuous towers I’ve ever seen.

I drove by the area 3 days ago, and I gotta say, I think this, next to 99 Church, achieve the closest modern reincarnation of a pre war 20/30s tower. They feel and just look like they have always been part of the area. I think history will favor this tower as one of the great works of architecture.
If only this tower was taller
Definitely one of Stern’s better works.
Why 432 Park could not be something like this? Some character, as faux as it might be.
It’s my dream to see a Stern limestone cladded 1,300+ super tall! Hopefully one day.
