I was on the highline yesterday looking at this site. The location is impeccable. I can say though walking the whole length of the elevated rail line that the whole area has made great strides in the last year. Last time I walked it, over a year ago, I remember that many sites where not developed. It really has gone a long way. This design even caught the attention of my friend who is an architect. He was somewhat in awe when I emailed him the renderings. This is an elegant mid rise with a modern, and futuristic twist too it.
I’d agree-- the architecture being pumped out along the High Line is bold (and even experimental), but remains innovative and unique. The area is a true testament to developing smart and green, but extremely attractive and desirable at the same time. Chris, feel free to add in any development site that I haven’t already included along the High Line!
Wow, that’s a nice desgin. Pity it’s not a couple of 100ft taller.
Getting glassy. Im curious to see how the glass will look on the upper half. The renders look wonky.
can’t wait to see the wavy fins on the top
Nice! Really looking forward to this one.
Nice one, JC.
