Well, let's look on the bright side: by my count, we are building 19.1 million square feet of office space in one neighborhood.
50 HY: 2.9 million
The Spiral: 2.8 million
30 HY: 2.6 million
1 MW: 2.1 million
Phase 2 HY Office: 2 million
2 MW: 1.9 million
GiraSole: 1.8 million
10 HY: 1.7 million
55 HY: 1.3 million
Are all of them Tower Verre? Not by a long shot. However, any city in the world would kill for our pipeline.
The ENTIRE CITY of Houston, which is a big metro (not some stricken Midwestern hamlet, mind you) has 17 million square feet in its pipeline. Total.
The rebuilt World Trade Center will have 12.9 million square feet.
One Vanderbilt is 1.6 million. 425 Park Avenue is 675,000.
15 Penn Plaza is another 2 million.
So, in total, we have around 36 million square feet of office space in the development pipeline for The Age of Ramses.
I welcome this fat, 2.9 million square footer. Just looking at the positives.
