NEW YORK | 50 Hudson Yards (504-522 W 34th) | 1,011 FT | 58 FLOORS

Pleasantly surprised, this is a beautiful facade. I’m a huge fan of big office buildings with massive floor space, this will be a great addition to the Hudson Yards.

#347

That facade looks like $$$$$$$$$$!

#348

Gives me renewed hope for 2 WTC. The materials are gorgeous. But I do have a question. I know it’s just a mockup but I can’t pinpoint where in the building the thin window glazing is. The renders all show large window surfaces. Unless it’s the sides of the building they’re showing. Could the design have changed?

#349

Good point.

Nothing in the renders relates to the protrusions around the windows either.

Looks like they are framing out the foundation walls with rebar already.

#361

Union thugs have apparently been hindering progress at this site.

#362

His Imperial Majesty (My Main Man Andy C) has joined the fray on the union’s side. Related will back down.

#363

Unions in NY are out of control.

#364

You may think that, there may be some validity to them over-flexing their political muscles but they still provide a lot good paying jobs to a lot of people. And they have shown loyalty to Andy C, and he will be on their side. I did not state that to debate labor policy in NYS, simply to make light of the political realities of NYC.

#365

That crap wouldn’t happen where I live.

These people need to be brought back to reality.
