The block-through lot at 322-326 West 44th Street between Eighth and Ninth avenues is being marketed as a 99-year net lease by owners Manhattan Parking Group, who snagged the site for $6.8 million plus the remaining mortgage balance in 2007, Crain’s reports. The lot in the Special Clinton District is zoned for commercial, residential, or mixed-use development and can accommodate up to 35,400-square-feet of development.
This is topped out. Walked by last night and I think the onsite rendering said commercial. Hotel I guess?
