NEW YORK | 30 Hudson Yards | 1,268 FT | 90 FLOORS

#888

Wow. This view is gonna be insanely different in a few years.

#889

how many floors left until the first setback?

#890

55/90, 61% and 12 floors from the setback

#891

What floor is the observation deck on?

#892

Honestly really enjoying the fact that we can’t even see 1WTC in this (ok well maybe a bit of the spire). Really speaks to the crazy development going on.

#893

Just try to imagine how insane Tenth ave will be in the next decade

i still dont agree with this 90 floor stuff.

i believe they are two tiers from the setback, 4 floors.

#896

The major setback on the south is at 1016 ft. So they have to be within 50-60 feet of that since they are already quite a bit past the top of 10 hy.

#897

top of crown on tower c is 894’ 2"

#898

Me neither, on an elevation I counted 73 floors
That would make it 55/73, 75%…3 quarters up!

#899

Today. It is visible from a few places in Brooklyn and Queens

Looks like 73 per DOB if you count the BMU access level and tuned mass damper level:
