My mistake! I misread the source - residences will have an average of 1,300 square feet apiece. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

the cheapest apt on the market is $1.215 and its 418 sqft… a far cry from 1300 psqft… youre right that that is the average size and not the average price
