Hum… Try 5WTC.

#257

Yup, thats the one, thanks bud.

#258

You’re welcome, nyc1. ^^
Gasps! Hold the bridges!

I just remembered! Go to “world trade center district”, I added some renderings of the original design and a link showing a video of OneWTC’s elevator going down, you can see that same design. I added them on May 2016!
Although, it’ll probably be redesigned. Still, I like the original.

#259

Not in the best quality, but progress! I think there is a concrete pour coming soon!

Great photo, Tom!

Updated renderings. Height looks about 1,000’.
The developers at Bizzi expedited construction by leveraging their extensive knowledge of New York City zoning laws to use the prior owner’s foundation permit. During this approval process, they hired world-renowned firm Rafael Viñoly Architects to redesign the building. While many developers were focused on developing large family units, Bizzi chose an alternate approach when it came to 125 Greenwich. This 88-story luxury condominium will offer 275 smaller units, ranging from 400 square foot studios to 2,500 square foot three-bedroom apartments.

With a discreet footprint of just 9,000 square feet, this building will soar almost 1,000’ into the sky – thanks to a feat of design and advanced structural engineering. Offering unobstructed, 360-degree views of the Hudson River, Battery Park, and Lower Manhattan, 125 Greenwich will redefine the city skyline in its own right. Units will enjoy 10-foot high ceilings that lend a sense of light and air to the interiors designed by London-based firm March & White. The building will also offer turn-key ready units with a range of stylish finish and furniture packages for 100% move-in ready convenience. World-class amenities will span over 15,000 square feet on the top three floors and will include a residents’ lounge, private dining with catering kitchen, library, children’s playroom, and a state-of-the-art gym with yoga studio, vitality pool, lap pool, sauna, steam room, therapy rooms, and a juice bar.
Those 2 renders were also updated.

I like it.

If this were the design for what will rise at 31 W 57 or Park Lane, I’d be disappointed, but on lower Greenwich St., this 1,000’ tower is pure gravey!

#263

I like this tower as well.
I think it fits well with the downtown skyline instead in other place else in NYC.

#264

Much better in detail. What I like most about this tower is what it will add aesthetically to the street level, it’s rounded corners and it’s another supertall pretty much within the WTC complex! No complaints from me.

I agree, this tower would not have been appropriate for B Row, but it’s perfect here and I think it would look great just about anywhere in the city such as Midtown & along the Hudson Boulevard.

#265

For the location, this looks good, as RW said. Also glad it’ll be 1K’+!

#266

#267

that kind of puts it in perspective doesn’t it

:rage:

#268

In this render I only counted 69 floors, they said 88 floors right?

#269

#270

Still hard to tell how much progress is being made. Will be much easier once it is out of the ground.

JULY 1st

Steel is rising. They’re one level below the street!

#272

Just missed each other again! :yum:

#273

Funny!

#274

I am making this building in Minecraft! This is only half of the core, horizontal and vertically
