NEW YORK | 111 West 57th St | 1,428 FT | 91 FLOORS

The next floor (after the current one is done) should be the first setback I believe:

Excited! Not much longer till we will be able to see the cladding from central park!

The cladding on the East and West face of this building is beautiful. The vertical lines suggest there is a structural support component, when in fact the cladding is cosmetic only. When the sun shines directly on either of these sides, it seems to shimmer like no other building around it! This may be the most visually striking cladding in NYC - Fantastic job! I can’t wait to see this project completed. The North and South facing sides are less dramatic, but will afford the occupants wonderful floor to ceiling views looking south to the Empire State Building, WTC, and Southwest to Hudson Yards. Views North will be of Central Park framed perfectly in front of the building. Other new developments will not have Central Park perfectly framed.

The building is nearly centered on the park. It will make an incomparable view.
