Its true. A bare exposed grey slab… yup, thats Kaufman alright. The closer it is to looking like vertical pavement, the more Kaufman like in nature it is.

Also, two lanes of traffic on 10th and 11th should be eliminated and replaced with wider, tree-lined sidewalks.

It would appear that the eastern facade has started the slope backwards. If you look at the eastern facing upper formwork from october last year, they almost meet up with the north and south forms. Now the eastern forms are set back quite a bit into the north and south forms.
