The Developers of The Harbour in North Miami Beach are beginning the process of converting reservations into contracts after selling most units.
Eighty percent of project’s 425 units have been sold, the developers told the Herald. The average sales price is said to be $625 per square foot.
The $315 million project consists of two 32-story towers on a 4.5-acre property overlooking the bay at 168th and Biscayne Boulevard. 13th Floor Investments and Key International are the developers, but records don’t show any recent sale of the land.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2016. Corwill Architects is the architect.
